Founder

Prudence Clarke, as an HR Consultant, identified clear business needs from significant public and private sector clients to achieve project profitability.  The breakthrough came from the initial Project Leadership Forum in 2000, following consultancy work to find a solution to project delivery problems.

Creators

Dr Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic, is a world leader in psychology and an expert in personality, intelligence and psychometrics. He authored The British Psychological Society textbook Personality and Individual Differences and The Handbook of Individual Differences.

He frequently appears in the media to provide psychological expertise. He is Senior Lecturer, Department of Psychology, at Goldsmiths; a Research Fellow at UCL and a Visiting Professor at NYU-London and has previously taught at the London School of Economics.

Tomas has published more than 50 scientific articles and four authored books, covering a wide range of social and applied topics such as human intelligence and genius, human performance, musical preferences, creativity and leadership. The Psychology of Personnel Selection (Chamorro-Premuzic/Furnham, 2010) is a thought-provoking book which introduces the main techniques, theories, research and debates in personnel selection; identifying the major predictors of job performance as well as the most suitable methods for assessing them.

He was the resident psychologist in the last three seasons of Big Brother and held regular columns on the show. He is also an active consultant and has worked with the BBC, MTV, Yahoo Music, Sky, Unilever, HSBC, Endemol, the British Army, and other leading companies. He is also a regular keynote speaker for the Institute of Economic Affairs.

Nadia Bettega, is a recognised expert qualitative researcher and well-known photographer. She played a major role in developing the framework for the Profiler.

Mentor

Prof. Adrian Furnhamis a leading academic and consultant on organisational behaviour, a prolific writer and broadcaster and is particularly adept at communicating complex psychological concepts to diverse audiences. He consults with some of the world’s largest organisations.
